Summary:
CETEC Engineering Inc. has finalized a report entitled Investigation of Irrigation Water Source for Soccer Complex, Project No. 13-2098 / CIP No. 50963. The report finds that there are serious technical issues associated with all of the groundwater water sources available. The use of City Potable water is considered the most reliable option over 20 years.
